目的:观察润肺健脾补肾方配合吸入激素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期极重度患者生活质量的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组各30例,对照组吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂,治疗组在对照组基础上加用润肺健脾补肾方治疗。2组疗程均为3月,采用圣乔治呼吸问卷评价患者治疗前后生活质量。结果:总有效率治疗组93.3%,对照组80.0%,2组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后在总积分、呼吸症状、活动能力及疾病影响方面均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后2组在总积分、呼吸症状、活动能力及疾病影响方面比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:润肺健脾补肾方配合吸入激素可提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期极重度患者的生活质量。
Objective: To observe the effect of Runfei Jianpi Bushen recipe in combination with inhaled hormones on the quality of life of patients with very severe stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases. The control group was inhaled salmeterol, fluticasone powder inhaler. The treatment group was treated with “lung-invigorating and spleen-invigorating the kidney recipe” on the basis of the control group. The two courses of treatment were March, using St George’s Respiratory Questionnaire to evaluate the quality of life before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in curative effect (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of total score, respiratory symptoms, activity ability and disease were improved in both groups (P <0.01), and there was significant difference between the two groups in total score, respiratory symptoms, Activity ability and disease impact, the differences were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Runfei Jianpi Bushen Recipe combined with inhaled corticosteroids can improve the quality of life of critically ill patients with stable COPD.
