想要石油单位能有一个跨越性发展,就要重视后勤工作的监督、管理功能,努力改善石油单位职工的工作环境与生活环境,这才能全面促进石油单位的健康高速发展。精细化管理的理念是“精确、规范、深入”。为了实现石油单位后勤工作的精细化管理,需要以精细化为管理准则,把精细化管理这个理念植入后勤工作当中,使石油单位后勤工作能有新变化。本文结合石油企业特性,概述了目前石油单位后勤管理工作的运行现状,详细分析了在石油单位后勤工作中进行精细化管理的措施和取得的效果。
If we want the oil units to have a leapfrog development, we should attach importance to the oversight and management functions of the logistics work and strive to improve the working environment and living environment for workers in the oil units. Only in this way can we promote the healthy and rapid development of petroleum units in an all-round way. The concept of fine management is “precise, standardized, in-depth ”. In order to achieve refined management of logistical work for oil units, it is necessary to fine-tune management guidelines and put the concept of meticulous management into logistical work so that new changes can be made in the logistic work of petroleum units. Combining with the characteristics of petroleum enterprises, this paper summarizes the current running status of logistical management of petroleum unit, and analyzes in detail the measures and achievements of meticulous management in logistical work of petroleum units.
