为适应国内高端酒店业对于外语人才的需求,开设酒店管理专业的高校在专业人才培养中把酒店英语口语列为其必修课之一,这门学科应用性很强,在教学中需结合酒店各部门情景进行教学,培养学生语言交际和沟通能力。因此情景模拟是教学必不可少的环节设计。本文基于情景教学相关理论出发,从多个角度探讨情景教学模式在酒店英语口语教学中的作用,目的探索出一套符合实际的酒店英语口语情景教学模式,便于更好地服务专业教学,为社会培养更多优秀的酒店管理专业人才。
In order to meet the needs of foreign high-end hotel industry for foreign language talents, setting up hotel management specialty colleges and universities in the training of professional personnel to hotel spoken English as one of its compulsory courses, this subject is very strong in the application of the hotel need to combine the various Sectoral scenarios for teaching, develop students’ language communication and communication skills. Therefore, scenario simulation is an indispensable part of teaching design. Based on the theory of situational teaching, this paper discusses the role of situational teaching model in Oral English teaching in hotel from a number of perspectives. The purpose of this study is to explore a set of practical teaching model of Oral English teaching in hotel to better serve professional teaching, Train more outstanding hotel management professionals.
