宣威为肺癌高发区,环境空气中的污染物进入呼吸道并沉积于肺组织,可能对肺组织造成伤害,目前,宣威地区肺癌患者肺组织元素含量与正常人肺组织比较尚未见报道。笔者于2010年委托宣威市第一人民医院病理科,收集已确诊3例肺癌患者的肺癌(癌1~3)、癌旁(癌旁1~3)和正常组织(正常1~3)。3例患者均为男性,年龄分别为65、52和48岁,其中65岁和48岁患者确诊为小细胞癌,52岁患者诊断为腺癌。3名患者一直生活在常年使用烟煤的地区。共收集9份样品,并分装至装有戊二醛的聚乙烯管中,以干冰冷藏运输,4℃冰箱保存。
Xuanwei is a high-risk area for lung cancer. The pollutants in the ambient air enter the respiratory tract and deposit on the lung tissue, which may cause damage to the lung tissue. At present, the content of lung tissue in lung cancer patients in Xuanwei area has not been reported compared with the normal lung tissue. In 2010, the author entrusted the Department of Pathology, First People’s Hospital of Xuanwei City to collect lung cancer (cancer 1-3), paracancer (paracancerous 1-3) and normal tissue (normal 1-3) that had been diagnosed in 3 patients with lung cancer. All 3 patients were male and were 65, 52 and 48 years old, respectively. Small-cell carcinoma was diagnosed in patients aged 65 and 48 years and adenocarcinoma was diagnosed in 52-year-old patients. Three patients have been living in perennial use of bituminous coal in the area. A total of 9 samples were collected and dispensed into polyethylene tubes containing glutaraldehyde, stored in a refrigerator at 4 ° C in a dry ice-freezer.
