本文根据分离黑体法原理,叙述了红外光谱法向发射率测试方法,介绍了温度在700K—1200K、波长在2.5—40μm范围的测试装置.将Perkin-Elmer 577型双光束自动记录红外光栅分光光度计作了微小变动,专门设计并研制了标准黑体炉,参考黑体炉及样品加热炉.测试过程在干燥的大气中进行。所测结果与文献值作了比较,吻合程度基本上是满意的。本文还对红外光谱法向发射率的计算公式作了推导,对测量误差也作了分析。给出了某些材料及涂层的红外光谱法向发射率曲线。
