目的 探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗角膜溃疡的疗效。方法 对 2眼病毒性角膜溃疡、 2眼细菌性角膜溃疡、5眼角膜溃疡伴穿孔进行新鲜复层羊膜移植术 ,随访 3～ 6个月。结果 术后 3～ 12天炎症控制 ,溃疡消失 ,角膜穿孔瘢痕愈合。结论 新鲜复层羊膜移植治疗角膜溃疡是一种行之有效的治疗方法
Objective To investigate the effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation on corneal ulcer. Methods Two eyes of viral corneal ulcer, 2 eyes of bacterial corneal ulcer and 5 eyes of corneal ulcer with perforation were used for amniotic membrane transplantation. The patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months. Results 3 to 12 days after the inflammation control, ulcers disappeared, corneal perforation scar healing. Conclusion Fresh stratified amniotic membrane transplantation for the treatment of corneal ulcer is an effective treatment
