本文报告了在模拟人胃液条件下,沙棘汁对二甲基亚硝胺体外合成的阻断作用。结果表明:沙棘汁能明显地阻断二甲基亚硝胺的化学合成。同时我们还比较了沙棘汁和同浓度的维生素C的作用,结果证实,沙棘对体外亚硝胺合成的阻断作用优于维生素C,提示沙棘汁中可能存在其它阻断亚硝化反应的生物活性物质。
This article reports the blocking effect of sea buckthorn juice on the in vitro synthesis of dimethylnitrosamine in a simulated human gastric juice condition. The results showed that sea buckthorn juice could obviously block the chemical synthesis of dimethylnitrosamine. At the same time, we also compared the effect of sea buckthorn juice and the same concentration of vitamin C. The results confirmed that the seabuckthorn was better than vitamin C in inhibiting nitrosamine synthesis in vitro, suggesting that there may be other bioactivities that block nitrosation in the sea buckthorn juice substance.
