第二届全国新导联应用与新假说学术会议于1991年9月10日在第一军医大学召开。本次会议收到代表论文共144篇,包括头胸导联理论与正常值、HC导联在右心室检查的应用和临床其他方面应用,共分3个方面。 1 HC导联理论研究 本次有关HC导联理论研究的论文20篇,尹炳生代表全国HC导联应用与理论研究协作组报告健康人群1616例HC导联与常规导联心电图对比观察,数据来自22个省、市、自治区,统一检测程式,用全同步法或普通同步法获取139万个数据,结果两种导联PR、QRS和QT时间无显著差异,HC导联P波、R波与T波呈正相单向分布,出现率及振幅普遍大于常规导联,HC导联无宽深Q波,S波一般集中在胸骨体部,向两侧渐浅,
