血中3,3’5’——三碘甲腺原氨酸(r_T_3)是近几年才认识的一种活性很低的甲状腺素代谢产物,是研究甲状腺激素代谢和甲状腺功能的一个有价值的指标。血液中r_T_3含量甚少,但对调节体内T_3、T_4的代射和维持适当的甲状腺激素水平有一定的作用。在不同的生理及病理状态下其含量显著不同。影响较大的因素是年龄。男女性别间血清r_T_3无明显差异。因此,测定血中的r_T_3水平在临床医学中有一定的意义。而迄今为止,少年儿童血清中r_T_3的正常值,尤其碘缺乏病(IDD)常规监测的7~14岁儿童r_T_3正常值报道甚少。为此,我们选择广西某非缺碘地区正常儿童静脉血测定r_T_3的含量,现将结果报告如下:
