研制成功了共振逆变器激励无声放电快速轴流二氧化碳激光器,其电极是以电弧涂层法制作,覆盖于石英放电管的外壁。电极几何形状采用了平行和螺旋等方式,实验证明螺旋电极比平行电极的放电更为均匀,输出也较高。此激光器以CO2:N2:He=1:17:2的混合气比及5kPa的氧压操作,输出225W功率时能量转换效率8%。

Electrode geometry using parallel and spiral and other means, the experimental results show that the spiral electrode discharge parallel electrode is more uniform, the output is higher. The laser operates with a mixture ratio of CO2: N2: He = 1: 17: 2 and oxygen pressure of 5kPa, and the energy conversion efficiency is 8% when the power is 225W.
