37例正常儿童超声心动图冷加压试验(CPT)时心脏舒张早期功能的主要变化是快充盈期左宝后壁运动幅度减低,运动速度减慢,标准化快充盈期充盈率下降。标准化快充盈期充盈速率的下降率与平均动脉压和平均室壁应力的升高率呈正相关,进一步分析,发现与舒张压和收缩末期室壁应力的升高率有正相关,与收缩压和舒张末期室壁应力的升高率无显著相关。故CPT时舒张早期功能的下降可能主要是由于CPT时血压升高,心室壁应力增大所致。舒张功能的变化是可逆的。
The main changes of early diastolic function in 37 normal children under CPT were the decrease of the amplitude of the left posterior wall and the slowing of the movement speed in the fast filling period, and the decrease of the rate of filling in the standardized fast filling period. The rate of decrease of filling rate in normalized fast filling period was positively correlated with the rate of increase of average arterial pressure and average wall stress. Further analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the rate of increase of wall stress and diastolic pressure and end-systolic wall stress, End diastolic wall stress rate was no significant correlation. Therefore, the decline in early diastolic function of CPT may be mainly due to elevated blood pressure during CPT, caused by increased ventricular wall stress. Changes in diastolic function are reversible.
