建筑行业具有外部环境的不可控性和内部合约的不完备性,工作职责在事先难以界定得绝对清晰,需要承包商员工发挥主动性,做出工作角色要求之外却有利于项目成功的组织公民行为。本研究基于建筑行业特殊的承包商工作情境视角,从工程项目单一性、工作环境不确定性、项目参与方复杂性和项目资源有限性这四个方面,结合以往组织公民行为文献研究,构建了承包商员工组织公民行为六维度评价模型,分别为提高自我要求、帮助参与各方、主动表述观点、提升项目形象、节约项目资源和维护人际和谐,包含18个题项,达到了探索性因素分析、内部一致性信度分析和验证性因素分析的实证检验标准,六个维度到二阶共同因素标准化路径系数分别为0.715、0.772、0.710、0.702、0.724和0.765,累计解释方差76.583%,表明能很好地评价承包商员工的组织公民行为。
The construction industry has the uncontrollable external environment and the incompleteness of the internal contract. Job responsibilities are difficult to define in advance. They are absolutely clear. They need the contractor’s staff to take the initiative to make organizational roles that are beneficial to the success of the project behavior. Based on the special contractor’s working context in the construction industry, this study combines four aspects of unity of project, uncertainty of working environment, complexity of project participants and limited project resources, Contractor employee civic behavior six-dimensional evaluation model, respectively, to enhance self-help, to help all parties involved, take the initiative to express their views, enhance the project’s image, save project resources and maintain interpersonal harmony, including 18 items, reached the exploratory factor analysis , Internal consistency reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The standardized path coefficients from the six dimensions to the second-order common factors are 0.715, 0.72, 0.710, 0.702, 0.724 and 0.765, respectively.
