采用60Co单次全身照射及高剂量环磷酰胺等多药化疗的骨髓移植预处理,探讨疗效高且相关毒性低的预处理方案。结果自体骨髓移植10例,异基因骨髓移植1例均1次性植活。11例中生存5例(45.5%),持续完全缓解中位时间24.4个月,复发5例(45.5%),其中复发死亡3例,复发中位时间10.8个月。本组行2次自体骨髓移植3例,生存2例,非复发死亡1例。提示本方案具有较强的抗肿瘤作用且相关毒性较低,同时提示2次自体骨髓移植,可能有助于提高自体骨髓移植的疗效。
The use of 60Co single body irradiation and high-dose cyclophosphamide and other multi-drug chemotherapy bone marrow transplantation pretreatment, to explore a high efficacy and related toxicity low pretreatment program. Results Autologous bone marrow transplantation was performed in 10 cases and allogeneic bone marrow transplantation was performed in 1 case. In 11 cases, 5 cases survived (45.5%), and the median time of complete remission was 24.4 months. 5 cases (45.5%) recurred, of which 3 cases relapsed and the median time of recurrence was 10.8 months. . The group underwent two autologous bone marrow transplantations in 3 cases, 2 cases survived, and 1 non-relapsed case died. It is suggested that this program has a strong anti-tumor effect and the related toxicity is low. At the same time, it suggests that 2 autologous bone marrow transplantation may help to improve the efficacy of autologous bone marrow transplantation.
