对钢铁企业高温熔融渣蕴含的热资源进行分析,认为高温熔融渣显热回收利用技术有望成为中国钢铁行业未来几年重要的节能技术之一。熔融渣显热回收技术进行回顾与综述,指出干法粒化热回收技术和化学法热回收技术应是今后的重点发展方向。
Analyzed the heat resources contained in high temperature molten slag of iron and steel enterprises, it is considered that the technology of sensible heat recovery and utilization of molten slag at high temperature is expected to become one of the important energy saving technologies in China’s steel industry in the coming years. Molten residue sensible heat recovery technology is reviewed and reviewed. It is pointed out that dry granulation heat recovery technology and chemical heat recovery technology should be the focus of future development.
