目的:建立同时测定消炎宁胶囊中异秦皮啶与迷迭香酸含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:色谱柱WatersXBridge C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(21∶79),等度洗脱;检测波长340 nm;流速1 mL.min-1。结果:异秦皮啶在0.32~3.2μg,迷迭香酸在0.256 6~2.566μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8,0.999 9);平均加样回收率分别为97.3%,98.9%,RSD分别为1.6%,1.3%。结论:该法简便、重复性好、各成分分离良好,建立的方法可更有效地控制清热消炎宁胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of isofenzil and rosmarinic acid in Xiaoyanning capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The mobile phase was a WatersXBridge C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (21:79) with isocratic elution. The detection wavelength was 340 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL.min-1. Results: The isofenzidine was 0.32 ~ 3.2μg, the rosmarinic acid was 0.256 6 ~ 2.566μg and the peak area showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8,0.999 9); the average recoveries were 97.3%, 98.9 %, RSD were 1.6%, 1.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, and the components are well separated. The established method can effectively control the quality of JYJ Capsule.
