The Czech Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons has for some time been the only institution of its kind in the world. Initially its activities were limited to trial work, especially targeting soldiers wounded in the First World War. Due to the success of the trial, a general public’s opinion was aroused, and many sick people came to seek medical treatment. As a result, the Czech Red Cross Society and other institutions have placed a small number of beds dedicated to orthopedic surgery. But fortunate enough to receive the diagnosis and treatment of the French orthopedic surgeon Flandersk Poblin and recover the normal face of the patient, for the very last few people still had to live an unlucky life. They were deported from their jobs and begging in the streets, a life-or-death complaint against capitalism.
