套管柱设计,一般分两步进行,先根据外挤压力大小进行抗挤强度设计,然后自下而上进行抗拉强度校核。目前国内外在套管抗挤强度设计方面,计算繁杂。为解决这一问题,特根据套管双轴应力公式与可下深度表达式,经过数学推导,得到一种快速算法。该法只需作简单运算,通过查表,得出某段套管降低系数Ψ值,以求得套管在有拉伸载荷作用下抗挤强度和抗挤可下深度。这样,可按套管柱设计的一般方法进行设计。
