一、概述 矩形波交流弧焊电源是在焊接工艺对电源提出改善波形的要求而发展起来的。当用普通正弦交流弧焊电源对铝及铝合金进行钨极氩弧焊接时,正、负半波电流不对称,出现直流分量,自负极性电流较小,不利于去除工件上氧化铝薄膜(不利于阴极雾化)。另外,电流过零时的波形不陡,过零时间较长,以致稳弧性能较差。 针对普通交流电源的上述不足,我厂结合当今电子技术和控制技术的新发展,采用大功率晶闸管和CMOS器件,研制开发了WSE—315型交、直流两用手工氩弧焊机。

In addition, the current zero-crossing waveform is not steep, zero-crossing time longer, resulting in poor arc stability. For the above problems of ordinary AC power supply, our factory combined with the new development of electronic technology and control technology, using high-power thyristors and CMOS devices, developed a WSE-315-type AC and DC manual TIG welding machine.
