外阴阴道念珠菌病(Vulvovaginal Candidiasis,VVC)为仅次于细菌性阴道病的常见外阴阴道感染性疾病,近年来发病率在世界各地呈明显上升趋势。75％的育龄妇女一生中至少有一次发病,40％～50％可重复感染(2～3次/年),不到5％的妇女可反复感染(每年发生≥4次);妊娠期妇女感染为9.4％～18.5％。VVC不仅给妇女精神上造成痛苦,而且可致胎儿感染,增加胎、婴儿的病死率。本文复习有关文献,就本病病因、发病机理、对妊娠的影响及治疗作一综述。
Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (VVC) is the most common vulvovaginal infection after bacterial vaginosis. The incidence of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis has been on the rise all over the world in recent years. 75% of women of childbearing age have at least one episode in their lifetime, 40% ~ 50% are repeatable (2-3 times / year), and less than 5% women can be repeatedly infected (4 times per year) Is 9.4% ~ 18.5%. VVC not only causes mental pain to women, but also causes fetal infection and increases the fatality rate of infants and infants.
