目的观察血栓通、巴曲酶注射液分别治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗情况。方法将符合条件的70例患者随机分为血栓通治疗组(A组)和巴曲酶治疗组(B组)。A组(38例)血栓通注射液4ml加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静滴,1日2次,7d为一疗程。B组(32例)第1d,予巴曲酶10BU加入0.9%氯化钠100ml静滴,后于第3、5、7、9d,予巴曲酶5BU加入0.9%氯化钠100ml静滴。总计使用30BU,为1疗程。根据患肢消肿程度结果判断疗效。结果1~3疗程后,B组较A组相比,总有效率分别为93.8%和89.5%,P<0.05,差异无统计学意义;治愈率B组68.8%明显优于A组42.1%,P>0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论血栓通和巴曲酶均为良好的治疗深静脉血栓药物,但巴曲酶优于血栓通,且对于近期血栓形成病例效果好。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xueshuantong and batroxobin on deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods Seventy patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into Xueshuantong treatment group (group A) and batroxobin treatment group (group B). Group A (38 cases) Xueshuantong injection 4ml added 5% glucose 250ml intravenous infusion, 2 times a day, 7d for a course of treatment. In group B (32 cases) on day 1, 100 ug of intravenous 0.9% sodium chloride was added to 10BU of pregabacin, and 100 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride was intravenously administered to batroxobin 5BU on the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th days. Total use of 30BU, for a course of treatment. According to the extent of limb swelling to determine the efficacy of the results. Results After 1 to 3 courses of treatment, the total effective rate in group B was 93.8% and 89.5% respectively compared with group A, P <0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; the cure rate in group B 68.8% was significantly better than that in group A 42.1% P> 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Xueshuantong and batroxobin are good drugs for the treatment of deep venous thrombosis, but batroxobin is superior to Xueshuantong, and the effect is good for the recent thrombosis cases.
