文章将有机改性活性矿物按照一定的沥青质量百分比代替沥青,制备有机改性活性矿物沥青混合料。首先,采用SHRP沥青性能的试验方法,评价AMBS沥青的高温性能、低温性能和抗疲劳性能;其次,采用室内试验,评价AMBS-SUP20的高温稳定性和水稳定性;再次,结合试验段,提出AMBS-SUP20的施工工艺;最后,依托某高速公路建设工程,分析其经济效益。结果表明,相比于SUP20,AMBS-SUP20的动稳定度增加了19%,冻融劈裂强度比无明显变化。可见,AMBS可以有效提高沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能,对抗水损害性能无明显影响;AMBS-SUP20与普通沥青SUP20造价基本相当。
In this paper, organically modified active minerals are substituted for bitumen by a certain percentage of bitumen mass to prepare organically modified active mineral bitumen mixtures. First, using the test method of SHRP asphalt to evaluate the high temperature performance, low temperature performance and fatigue resistance of AMBS asphalt; secondly, using indoor test to evaluate the high temperature stability and water stability of AMBS-SUP20; AMBS-SUP20 construction process; Finally, relying on a highway construction project, analyze its economic benefits. The results show that the dynamic stability of AMBS-SUP20 increases by 19% compared to SUP20, and the freeze-thaw splitting strength has no significant change. It can be seen that AMBS can effectively improve the high temperature rutting resistance of asphalt mixture and has no obvious effect on the water damage performance. The cost of AMBS-SUP20 is about the same as that of ordinary asphalt SUP20.
