目的总结双孔法腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的疗效及经验。方法 2010年3月至2012年4月期间我院对89例小儿腹股沟斜疝患儿采用双孔法腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术。结果 89例在腹腔镜下完成疝囊高位结扎术,每侧手术时间3～6min,平均4min。13例患儿存在对侧隐性疝,一并行疝囊高位结扎术。术后随访3～12个月,平均10个月,无一例复发,无阴囊红肿及阴囊积气病例。结论双孔法腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝效果满意。
Objective To summarize the curative effect and experience of dual-hole laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children. Methods From March 2010 to April 2012, 89 children with inguinal hernia in our hospital were treated with double hole laparoscopic high ligation. Results 89 cases completed high ligation of hernia sac under laparoscopic operation, each side of the operation time 3 ~ 6min, an average of 4min. 13 cases of children with contralateral hernia, a high ligation of hernia sac. All cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months, with an average of 10 months. No recurrence was found. There were no cases of scrotal swelling and scrotal pneumatosis. Conclusion Double hole laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac treatment of inguinal hernia in children with satisfactory results.
