目前,全国各地城建档案馆基本都有了城建档案管理系统软件,但大部分档案馆都是基于纸质档案案卷的接收及管理,没有开展城建电子文件接收,即便一部分档案馆对馆藏及新进馆的纸质档案开展数字化扫描,但这在某种程度上仍是一种经济浪费,需要耗费大量人力、物力、财力和时间。本文就城建电子文件归档接收中存在的问题进行了分析,并就如何规范做好电子文件归档接收工作提出了对策和建议。
