走路是一件平常的事,谁不天天走路?然而,就是这司空见惯的走路,对那些年事已高、身体渐衰的老人来说,却是一种极好的健身方式。 我过去是当教员的,40年的教员生活,成天伏案啃书本、爬格子,养成了好静不爱动的习惯。离休之初,生活清闲,饱食酣睡,身体日渐肥胖,糖尿病、心脏病也相继找上门来,方知锻炼刻不容缓。开始我主要是走路,既简单易行,效果也好,于是就长期坚持下来了,身体日益“走”向健康。
