在对气动摩擦制动器制动过程动态特性试验研究的基础上,提出了制动过程的制动角由电滞后制动角、气滞后制动角及机械制动制动角三部分组成;建立了制动过程的等效动力学方程,从而根据对制动过程的空气动力学研究,建立了制动过程的制动角正确计算公式,分析了有关因素对制动角的影响,并进行了试验验证。
Based on the experimental research on the dynamic characteristics of the pneumatic friction brake during braking, the braking angle of the braking process is proposed to be composed of three parts: the electrical hysteresis braking angle, the gas hysteresis braking angle and the mechanical braking braking angle. Based on the aerodynamic study of the braking process, the correct calculation formula of the braking angle during the braking process is established. The influence of the relevant factors on the braking angle is analyzed and the experiment is carried out verification.
