本文在研究了由葡萄糖制备葡萄糖酸钠工艺技术进展的同时，从化学原理和化学工程两个角度对不同的工艺技术路线进行了比较，认为电解法工艺路线较为经济合理，并进行了中试。 In this paper, we studied the progress of sodium gluconate production from glucose, compared the different technological routes from the chemical and chemical engineering perspectives, and considered that the technological route of electrolysis was more economical and reasonable.
