术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)是麻醉和手术后出现的一种中枢神经系统并发症,表现为一种暂时性或永久性的认知功能下降,持续时间不一,临床表现多为精神状态出现异常、人格发生改变以及记忆力一定程度受损,严重影响患者的生活质量.吸入麻醉药作为现代应用最为广泛的麻醉药之一,其被越来愈多的临床研究及动物实验证明与POCD的发生有关.本文旨在分析吸入麻醉药对老年患者POCD的作用机制的基础上,提出可行的预防及治疗措施,从而减少POCD的发生率,利于老年患者术后康复.
