模块化设计开发技术能够实现复杂产品系统(CoPS)的柔性制造,科学合理的模块化分解将会降低CoPS开发的管理难度和制造成本。在分析产品系统模块化理论的基础上,总结了CoPS的模块化处理流程,列举了CoPS的模块化分解原则,提出了CoPS的模块化分解程度的计算模型,研究并建立了系统模块化与企业绩效的相关性分析模型,并探索了模型的最佳应用实践。以电网广域监测分析控制系统(WARMAP)为例,论述了在影响因素众多的情况下,运用模块化分解模型进行计算后,WARMAP分解为4大功能模块,极大缩短了系统的研发周期,提高了研发质量,充分验证了模块化分解模型的有效性,以期为企业产品模块化设计提供理论指导和决策借鉴。
Modular design and development technology enables the flexible manufacturing of complex product systems (CoPS). Scientific and rational modular decomposition will reduce the management difficulty and manufacturing cost of CoPS development. Based on the analysis of the modular theory of the product system, the process of modularization of CoPS is summarized, the modular decomposition principle of CoPS is listed, the calculation model of modular decomposition degree of CoPS is proposed, and the system modularization and enterprise are studied and established. Performance correlation analysis model, and explored the best application of the model. Taking WARMAP as an example, it is discussed that WARMAP is decomposed into 4 functional modules after using a modular decomposition model under the influence of many factors, which greatly shortens the development cycle of the system. The quality of research and development has been improved, and the effectiveness of the modular decomposition model has been fully verified. It is expected to provide theoretical guidance and decision-making for enterprise product modular design.
