如何提高党委决策水平,促进国防现代化建设呢?依笔者之见,应重点抓好以下三个方面: 一、努力提高党委成员参与决策的自身能力 一是强化政策理论水平。重点利用中心理论学习时间和培训、函授、轮训等方式,加强学习,提高“一班人”的全面素质,为党委提供正确的决策依据。二是提高业务能力。各党委成员要胜任自己分管的工作,更要熟悉部里的其它业务,真正成为方方面面的行家,扮演好自己的角色,才能把握全局,从整体利益出发,为党委决策提供最科学的建议。三是强化公仆意识。端正思想,摆正位置,明确为谁当官、为谁服务,自始至终把全心全意为人民服务的宗旨作为工作的出发点和落脚点。 How to improve the decision-making level of party committees and promote the modernization of national defense?
