在培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞中观察了不同剂量的甲壳质对氧自由基损伤的内皮细胞培养上清液中丙二醛和乳酸脱氢酶含量的影响。结果表明,与损伤对照组相比,甲壳质保护组培养上清液中丙二醛和乳酸脱氢酶的含量均显著下降。提示甲壳质对氧自由基损伤的内皮细胞有一定的保护作用。
In cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells, the effects of different doses of chitin on the content of malondialdehyde and lactate dehydrogenase in endothelial cell culture supernatants damaged by oxygen free radicals were observed. The results showed that the contents of malondialdehyde and lactate dehydrogenase in the culture supernatant of the chitinase protection group were significantly lower than those in the injury control group. It suggests that chitin has a protective effect on endothelial cells injured by oxygen free radicals.
