利用ABAQUS软件建立了火灾下导管架海洋平台圆管柱与H型钢梁外加强环节点的有限元计算模型,分析了节点在高温下的抗火性能。根据海洋平台火灾的特点,借助火灾模拟软件(FDS)计算舱室温度场的分布,分析了不同温度场下梁柱加强环节点的高温承载力及临界温度,讨论了影响节点承载力的主要参数。经分析可得,增加外加劲板厚度可显著提高该节点抗火临界温度和破坏时的极限承载力,为梁柱节点的抗火设计提出了建议。
ABAQUS software was used to establish the finite element model of offshore pipe jacking column and H-beam reinforced ring node under fire, and the fire resistance performance of the joint at high temperature was analyzed. According to the characteristics of offshore platform fires, the distribution of temperature field in the cabin was calculated by fire simulation software (FDS). The high temperature bearing capacity and critical temperature of girder-stiffened ring joints under different temperature fields were analyzed. The main parameters affecting the bearing capacity of the joint were discussed. The analysis shows that increasing the thickness of the outer stiffened plate can significantly increase the critical temperature and the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint under fire, and put forward some suggestions for the fire resistance design of the joint.
