本文对１２４例糖尿病患者Ｄ８６０的降血糖效应与胰岛素释放的相关关系进行了分析。根据胰岛素分泌量及峰值出现时间分为正常分泌型、延迟分泌型和低分泌型．实验表明，正常分泌型和延迟分泌型的血糖下降与胰岛素释放具有相关性，而低分泌型与之无相关关系．结果提示：Ｄ８６０不仅通过刺激胰岛素的β细胞释放胰岛素以降低血糖，可能还存在有其他降血糖途径而发挥降血糖效应．
In this paper, the relationship between hypoglycemic effect and insulin release in 124 diabetic patients was analyzed. According to insulin secretion and peak appearance time is divided into normal secretion, delayed secretion and low secretion. Experiments show that the decline of normal and delayed secretion of blood glucose and insulin release has a correlation, while the low-secreting no correlation. The results suggest that: D860 not only through the insulin-stimulated insulin secretion of beta cells to lower blood sugar, there may be other hypoglycemic pathways and hypoglycemic effect.
