本文并非要否定员工的工作满意感在企业管理中的重要性。而是期望通过已有的实证研究成果来建议企业管理者客观认知员工的工作满意感对工作绩效的影响,避免对员工满意感对企业产出影响的夸大。
This article is not intended to negate the importance of employee job satisfaction in business management. It is hoped that the existing empirical research suggests that managers should objectively recognize the impact of employee’s job satisfaction on job performance and avoid exaggerating the impact of employee satisfaction on the company’s output.
