1991年秋冬季收集了北京等我国四个地区婴幼儿腹泻患儿粪便标本,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)发现一些标本中有不同轮状病毒的混合感染。应用套式多聚酶链反应(套式PCR),确定了7例混合感染轮状病毒的VP7血清型别,并用Northern印迹杂交法证实。该方法用于鉴别混合感染毒株的血清型别,不仅敏感、特异,而且节省时间和材料。
In the fall and winter of 1991, stool samples from infants and young children with diarrhea in four regions of China such as Beijing were collected. A mixed infection with different rotaviruses was found in some samples by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Seven sets of VP7 serotypes of mixed infection rotavirus were identified by nested polymerase chain reaction (Nested PCR) and confirmed by Northern blot hybridization. This method is used to identify serotypes of mixed infected strains that are not only sensitive but specific but also save time and materials.
