目的 建立简便实用的视网膜挫伤实验模型。 方法 采用自制气体冲击致伤装置对兔眼致伤 ,观察不同损伤压力下的眼部伤情。 结果 不同气源压力致伤时 ,眼部伤情随着气源压力的增加而加重。 结论 采用本装置在 80 0kPa的气源压力下 ,致伤眼距离气体流出管口 4mm ,可建立较理想的视网膜挫伤实验模型
Objective To establish a simple and practical retinal contusion experimental model. Methods A homemade gas-impact wound device was used to injure the eyes of rabbits and the ocular injuries under different injury pressures were observed. The results of different gas pressure injury, the eye injury increased with the increase of air pressure. Conclusion The apparatus can be used to establish an ideal experimental model of contusion of the retina under the pressure of 80 kPa
