A new 1,3-dichlorodisilazane, 1,3-dichloro- 1,3-dimethyl- l,3-divinyldisilazane (DMDV), was prepared from the reaction of hexamethyldisilazane (MM~N) and methylviyldichlorosilane. And use the same method, l,3-dichloro- l, l, 3, 3 -tetraphenyldisilazane (DCTPS ) was al so obtained in a high yield.
