目的识别某照明企业新建项目产生的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》(GBZ 1-2010)、《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ 159-2004),采用现场调查、现场检测、定量分级等方法对本建设项目进行评价。结果本建设项目的选址、总平面布置、设备布局、职业病防护设施、卫生辅助用室、个人防护用品等符合国家有关规定;主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、汞、乙酸丁酯、环己酮、丙酮、二氯甲烷、异丙醇、二氧化硫、二氧化锡、铅及其化合物、锰及其化合物、噪声和高温。7个工作岗位的噪声超过国家标准要求,噪声的最高强度为90.1 dB(A);4个岗位的高温超过国家接触限值;其余职业病危害因素均未超过国家标准。结论本项目的职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。
Objective To identify the hazards of occupational diseases caused by new projects in a lighting enterprise and to evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects. Methods Based on GBZ1-2010, “Sampling Specification for Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in the Workplace” (GBZ 159-2004), the project was conducted on the basis of on-site investigation, on-site inspection and quantitative grading Evaluation. Results The site selection, general layout, equipment layout, occupational disease protection facilities, health aids rooms and personal protective equipment in this project are in line with relevant state regulations. The main occupational hazards include dust, mercury, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone, Acetone, methylene chloride, isopropanol, sulfur dioxide, tin dioxide, lead and its compounds, manganese and its compounds, noise and high temperature. The noise of 7 work posts surpassed the requirements of national standards, and the maximum intensity of noise was 90.1 dB (A). The high temperature of 4 posts exceeded the national exposure limit. Other occupational hazards did not exceed the national standards. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are effective and feasible.
