某发电厂高压给水系统在运行中经常出现故障会导致高加解列,降低了机组的出力。高加解列会对锅炉主汽温产生很大的扰动,致使主汽温短时间波动大,甚至会导致主汽温超过允许工作温度。掌握高加解列对锅炉主汽温扰动的原因,针对其产生的原因进行分析,有针对性地提出合理的调整对策,这对稳定锅炉燃烧和提高机组热经济性非常有利。
A power plant high-pressure water supply system in the operation of frequent failures will lead to high anti-column, reducing the unit’s output. High deaggregation will have a great disturbance to the main steam temperature of the boiler, causing the main steam temperature fluctuations in a short time, and even lead to the main steam temperature exceeds the allowable working temperature. Grasping the reason of the disturbance of Boiler main steam temperature by adding and disassembling columns, analyzing the reason of its occurrence and proposing reasonable adjustment countermeasures pertinently, which is very beneficial to stabilize the boiler combustion and improve the unit thermal economy.
