目的 :通过抗纤软肝冲剂对肝纤维化动物防治作用的研究 ,探讨该方抗肝纤维化的作用机理。方法 :四氯化碳、高脂、高胆固醇、低蛋白等复合因素诱导大鼠肝纤维化动物模型 ,同时给予抗纤软肝冲剂 ,以秋水仙碱为对照。检测肝组织羟脯氨酸 Hyp、超氧化物歧化酶 SOD及丙二醛 MDA,观察血清肝纤维化指标 (透明质酸 HA、层粘蛋白 LN、 型前胶原 PC 、 型胶原 -C)及肝功能 (白蛋白 Alb、球蛋白 G、谷丙转氨酶 A LT)。结果 :抗纤软肝冲剂对肝纤维化大鼠有升高A lb,降低 AL T和 G的作用 ;显著提高肝 SOD活性 ,降低 MDA含量 ;显著降低 HA ,LN ,PC , -C;减轻肝脏 Hyp的作用。结论 :抗纤软肝冲剂具有确切的防治肝纤维化的作用 ,其机理在于抗脂质过氧化和保护肝细胞 ,对胶原代谢也有直接作用
Objective : To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Kangxian Ruangan Granules on liver fibrosis animals and to explore the mechanism of the anti-fibrosis effect of this prescription. Methods: Animal models of hepatic fibrosis were induced by compound factors such as carbon tetrachloride, high fat, high cholesterol, and low protein. RESULTS: Anti-fibrosis liver granules increased A lb in rats with hepatic fibrosis, reduced the effects of AL T and G, significantly increased hepatic SOD activity and decreased MDA content; significantly reduced HA, LN, PC, -C; reduced liver The role of Hyp. Conclusion : Anti-fibrosis liver granules have the effect of prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis. Its mechanism is anti-lipid peroxidation and protection of hepatocytes. It also has a direct effect on collagen metabolism.
