This article examines the urinary cadmium, zinc and lead contents and the dose-response relationship with urinary N-acetyl-D-aminoglycosidase (NAG) activity and β2-microglobulin (β2-M) levels in a zinc mine in Turkey. A total of 31 male workers who were exposed to 3 metals including cadmium, zinc and lead at the same time were selected as the exposure group. The mean age was 3.2 years (37-52 years).
