健乐新H_3(Gerosine H_3)是一个复方制剂。实验用隆腺溞为模型,研究健乐新H_3对隆腺溞的生长发育、延长寿命及其种量变动等影响。实验结果表明:半数存活寿命时间药物组较对照组平均推迟56~68%;个体总存活寿命时间药物组较对照组延长67~96%。在个体生活史研究中最初20天内,对照组个体平均蜕皮8次,药物组为6.8次。枝角类也象生蜕皮次数相同,蜕皮次数少且慢则其生长也缓慢。实验结果显示,健乐新H_3能延缓个体的生长发育、延长其寿命,但主要是延缓老年期寿命。药物组中老年溞体较对照组中的比例为高。这也证明健东新H_3对于延长老年个体寿命是有效的(对照组成幼比70.2/29.8;药物组79.6/21.4)。
The new G_3 (Gerosine H_3) is a compound preparation. In this experiment, the effects of Jianlexin H_3 on the growth and development of prostaglandin, prolonging the lifespan and its species variation were studied with the model of lumbal gland. The experimental results showed that the median survival time of the drug group was 56-68% longer than that of the control group; the total survival time of the drug group was 67% to 96% longer than that of the control group. In the first 20 days of the study of the individual’s life history, the control group had 8 crusts on average and 6.8 in the drug group. Cladoceras also have the same number of moults as their skins, and their slow and slow growth. The experimental results show that the new Jianle H3 can delay the growth and development of individuals and prolong their life span, but it is mainly to delay the life span of old age.
