目的：观察研究银丹心脑通软胶囊与奥拉西坦合用在治疗血管性痴呆方面的临床疗效。方法选取近2年内在本医院确诊的血管性痴呆患者100例作为临床研究对象,并随机分为的A组和B组,每组50例,A组单独采取银丹心脑通软胶囊疗法,B组采取银丹心脑通软胶囊联合奥拉西坦疗法,然后对比两组的治疗效果。结果 B组治疗有效率为94.0%,A组治疗有效率为76.0%,B组明显优于A组(<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊与奥拉西坦合用治疗血管性痴呆的临床显著,安全可靠方便,值得大力提倡和推广。“,”Objective Observating on the clinical ef icacy of yindanxinnaotong capsule combined with oxiracetam in the treatment of traumatism type of vascular dementia.Methods We selected 100 pacients who confirmed and eligible patients with vascular dementia in our hospital Nearly two years.
