网络打印误区之一:网络打印=PC(文件服务器)+网络打印机。将一台打印机直接连接到办公局域网中的某一台终端PC或是文件服务器上,其他员工通过网络来访问这台打印机,实现所谓网络打印。但是,这种做法对文件服务器或PC要求非常高;而且利用文件服务器充当网络打印的连接,也会占用很多服务器空间,造成资源浪费。 网络打印误区之二:网络打印=外置网络打印服务器+激光打印机。通过此方案可以实现基本的网络打印,但不能真正享受到网络打印所带来的好处。据专家介绍,外置网络打印服务器和内置网络打印服务器在网络打印环境中相差非常大,外置服务器几乎就实现不了网络打印的数据传输要求。
