双黄连粉针剂为中医急症首选药物，具有清热解毒的作用，临床上广泛用于病毒性肺炎，上呼吸道感染，扁桃体炎、咽炎等病毒及细菌感染性疾病，以静脉滴注给药。随着临床应用的广泛，药物不良反应也不断增加。作者收集了1991～1997年间各刊物登载的双黄连粉针剂致不良反应61例，
Shuanghuanglian injection is the first choice for emergency treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. It has the role of heat-clearing and detoxifying. It is widely used clinically for viral and bacterial infections such as viral pneumonia, upper respiratory tract infections, tonsillitis, and pharyngitis, and is administered intravenously. With the wide range of clinical applications, drug adverse reactions are also increasing. The authors collected 61 cases of adverse reactions caused by SHL injections published in various publications between 1991 and 1997.
