本文观察到鲤鱼暴露在有机磷农药乐果亚致死剂量的溶液中24小时,表现出贫血症,伴有红细胞数、白细胞数和血红蛋白浓度的明显减少。同时,红细胞比容、血沉率、红细胞电脉率和血液粘度也有减少。低剂量72小时暴露主要引起鲤鱼离子渗透压调节的紊乱。暴露在4ppm乐果1、7、12、24小时,鲤鱼背大动脉血压逐步下降,脉搏数也随之减少。上述结果表明,许多生理指标对乐果具有一定程度的剂量—依赖性反应,可以作为监测水环境有机磷农药污染的良好指标。
In this paper, we observed that carp was exposed to a lethal dose of organophosphorus pesticides for 24 hours, showing anemia with a significant reduction of red blood cell count, white blood cell count and hemoglobin concentration. At the same time, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, red blood cell pulse rate and blood viscosity also decreased. Exposure to low doses for 72 hours caused a major disturbance in regulation of carotid ion osmotic pressure. Exposure to 4ppm dimethoate 1,7,12,24 hours, carp dorsal arterial blood pressure gradually decreased, the pulse rate also decreases. The above results show that many physiological indicators of dimethoate with a certain degree of dose-dependent response, can be used as a good indicator of organic phosphorus pollution in water environment monitoring.
