本文以内部营销视角的员工忠诚为研究对象,首先将研究的视角对准员工忠诚这一概念,研究了员工满意度对员工忠诚的影响,组织承诺对员工忠诚的影响,员工态度忠诚对员工;接下来对内部营销的含义进行了阐述和分类内部营销的含义,内部营销的分类;文章的第三部分揭示了内部营销和员工忠诚的联系,分别是内部营销是建立起员工忠诚的有效方法,内部营销和员工忠诚培养协调发展,内部营销和员工忠诚的培养共同服务于外部营销;文章的第四部分提出了通过内部营销培养员工忠诚度时应坚持的原则,具体为坚持企业利益第一,坚持目光长远化,坚持去功利化;最后提出了培养员工忠诚度时应采取的策略和方法,包括引进现代化的饭店管理方法,注重企业文化的构建,营造良好的饭店氛围加强对基层员工的关怀福利。希望本文可以在对已有研究成果加以总结的基础上,为内部营销下的饭店员工忠诚管窥提供建设性意见。
This dissertation focuses on the employee loyalty from the perspective of internal marketing. Then the meaning of internal marketing is described and the meaning of internal marketing is classified and the classification of internal marketing is given. I hope this article can provide some constructive advice for the loyalty of hotel staff under internal marketing based on the conclusion of the existing research results.
