目的:建立比较地龙不同品种(广地龙、沪地龙)的质量评价方法。方法:应用灰关联度模型,以不同品种的地龙商品药材5类主要成分含量构成模型数据集,以定义的相对关联度为测度,建立地龙药材质量评价模型。结果:通过该模型对20批地龙药商品材(10批广地龙、10批沪地龙)的质量评价,与传统公认的地龙药材质量相符合。结论:该方法及模型可用于地龙商品药材质量评价。
Objective: To establish a method to evaluate the quality of different varieties of earthworms (Guangdi Long, Shanghai Land Dragon). Methods: The gray relational degree model was used to construct the model dataset based on the content of five main components of different medicinal materials of Dilong, and the relative degree of association was taken as the measure to establish the quality evaluation model of Dilong medicinal materials. Results: The quality evaluation of 20 batches of Dilong medicinal materials (10 batches of Guanglilong and 10 batches of Hidden Dragon) was in accordance with the traditional recognized quality of earthworm herbs. Conclusion: The method and model can be used to evaluate the quality of medicinal materials of Dilong.
