以诺氟沙星胶囊、复方氨酚烷胺片和土霉素片3种常用药不同批次的样品为对象,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪收集红外吸收光谱,对光谱预处理、提取特征信息,将各特征吸收峰峰面积的比值归一化,分别作为纵横坐标,用Origin 7.0作二维分布图,对各种药品的质量稳定性进行识别分析。结果显示,前2种药品信息点分布集中(纵横坐标值均分布在0.885~1.000区间),第3种药品信息点分散(纵横坐标值分布于0.360~1.000区间)。
The samples of different batches of three commonly used drugs such as norfloxacin capsules, compound paracetamol and oxytetracycline tablets were collected. The infrared absorption spectra were collected by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The spectral information was extracted and the characteristic information was extracted. Each characteristic absorption peak area ratio normalized, respectively, as the vertical and horizontal coordinates, Origin 7.0 for the two-dimensional distribution of the quality of various drugs to identify the stability analysis. The results showed that the distribution of information points of the first two kinds of drugs was centralized (the horizontal and horizontal coordinate values were distributed in the range of 0.885-1.000), and the distribution of the third kind of drug information points was distributed (the vertical and horizontal coordinate values ranged from 0.360 to 1.000).
