一、样品来源 由本站食品卫生科监督人员和食品检验技师在各被抽检宾馆现场,随机抽样287份。 二、监测项目 大肠菌群 三、监测方法 采用南京“三爱”实业有限公司制造、卫生部食品卫生监督检验所监制的GB14934—94大肠菌群快速检测纸(1996年9月17日生产,有效期一年)。 ①检测碗、碟、杯、匙等每张纸片用1ml无菌生理盐水湿润后立即贴于被检餐具表面,30秒钟后取下,放回原包装塑料袋中。 ②检测筷子,用1ml无菌生理盐水滴入塑料袋中湿润纸片,将筷子的进口端伸进塑料袋,在纸上抹拭30秒钟。 ③将取样后的纸片置于37℃培养15—18小时。 四、结果判定 若纸片星均匀紫兰色为阴性;若纸片变黄或在黄色背景上出现红色斑点成红晕、或纸片呈现在紫兰色背景上有红色斑
