为了贯彻建设“一强三优”公司的发展目标和实现集团化运作、集约化发展、精细化管理、标准化建设的要求,上海市电力公司开展了以物料代码标准化工作为切入点的大物流项目,建立了一套贯通设计/概算、物资管理、资产管理和设备管理四大业务流程的物料代码体系,以及与之配套的管理办法。本文说明了物料代码标准化项目背景和立项的意义,详细介绍了一种电力企业物料代码标准化方法,并以上海市电力公司物料代码标准化工作为例阐述了该方法的实际应用情况。
In order to carry out the development goal of building a “one strong, three excellent” company and realizing the requirements of group operation, intensive development, fine management and standardization construction, Shanghai Electric Power Company carried out a large-scale project Logistics project, set up a set of material code system that runs through the four major business processes of design / estimate, material management, asset management and equipment management, and the accompanying management measures. This article explains the background of material code standardization project and its significance. It also introduces in detail a method of material code standardization for electric power enterprises, and expounds the practical application of the method with the example of material code standardization in Shanghai Electric Power Company.
